Part 1
He studies Chemistry at University; but three evenings a week he also works in a McDonald’s Restaurant, so he’s got quite a busy life. Everyday he gets up at 7 o’clock to go to the college and stays there until the lessons finish. At 12.30 he has lunch in the university canteen with other students, then he goes back home and just relaxes with some music or talks to his friends. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays he leaves home again at around 5.45 p.m. and goes to work. The fast food restaurant where he works is not very far from his house, so it just takes him a few minutes to go there. He starts work at 6.15 p.m. and finishes at around midnight. At 0.30 he’s already sleeping! Michael likes sport very much and every Tuesday plays tennis at the local Tennis club from 3.00 to 4.00 p.m.. He doesn’t have much free time, but when it is possible, he meets his friends at about 8.30 p.m. to go to the cinema or to a rock concert. He also likes music very much. Michael’s got a lot of friends abroad, so twice a year he takes a weekend off and flies to visit them.

Part 2
I’m really happy you’re coming to visit me next weekend. I’m sure we’ll have a nice time together! You ask me if there are interesting things to do and see in Milan; well…here you are. This is just a short list of what’s going on in my city next Saturday and Sunday: there’s so much to choose from!
SATURDAY 8 a.m. to 1.30 p.m: open-air market “Papiniano”, where it is possible to buy everything you need, from clothes to fruit and vegetables at reasonably low prices. There are also lots of bars and pizzerias in the neighborhood, just in case you get hungry and feel like a pint! 5.30 p.m. : free guided tour at the Gallery of Modern Art in via Palestro. The museum is situated in a beautiful park and both are really worth visiting! 8.30 p.m: modern dance performance with “Momix” at the Smeraldo Theatre. SUNDAY: I think we’ll be very tired after such a busy Saturday, so maybe we can get up late (not before 10 o’clock!) and have a big breakfast at home before going out. Then we can meet my friends (they all speak English, don’t worry!) at 6 o’clock p.m. for an ice-cream in Piazza Duomo and at last go to the "Blueshouse": a rock concert is going on there at 9 p.m.! Do you think it’s enough? See you on Friday at 7.15.p.m. at the Central Station!
